The Solar Panels we install on your roof are made up of Solar Cells. These cells are referred to as Photovoltaic Cells, which are comprised of semiconductors. Their main job is to separate electrons from their atoms as the sunlight hits the roof, this in turn, creates electricity. While electricity is being created it isn't yet ready for use, this is why we install an Inverter that switches the current from DC to AC which is useable by both the grid and your house. 

The warranty we carry insists on maintenance of the panels from the homeowner. This maintenance is as simple as spraying them off every other month and ensuring that there is no buildup or physical obstructions that are not allowing them to receive as much sunlight as possible. 

We have worked with many HOA's and have never once had an issue with them. Legally, your HOA is not allowed to restrict you from installing Solar Panels. However, we understand that they have preferences on positioning and the look of the houses in their community so we do everything we can to adhere to their policies whilst also seeking maximum efficiency. 

Depending on which Panels you decide to go with, they will have a corresponding app within which you will have 24/7 Real-Time access to monitor the production and efficiency of each individual Panel.
